Games and Yoga Night in New York – Fall 2019
Hindu YUVA at Columbia University, 11/8/19:
An evening filled with playing indoor games, learning beginner yoga and the importance of incorporating Pranayam in daily life. It was an opportunity to join the Hindu Yuva student body and to meet Hindu Yuva coordinators. The event was followed by Indian snacks and was the first time Hindu Yuva conducted a yoga event on campus.
