Hindu YUVA ISU receives Outstanding Commitment to Diversity Award!
Hindu YUVA at Iowa State University, 5/6/20:
Out of over 900 on-campus student organizations, Hindu Yuva at Iowa State University received an award for Outstanding Commitment to Diversity in 2020 Student Organization Awards. The award recognizes our efforts to promote the cultural diversity on campus and in Ames town.
The backdrop of the award banner is our team with Padma Shree Dr. Subhash Kak, a regents professor at Oklahoma State University. We arranged his lecture at Iowa State where he talked about ‘Ancient Indian Science in the Modern World’.
